If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your Personal Information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.

STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc (“Shopify”). They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. 

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

SECURITY

Any Personal Information which is supplied and transmitted though our website is protected via Secure Socket Layer technology and HTTPS protocol in an attempt to stop your information being intercepted or read by unauthorised persons. 

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure and we cannot guarantee the security of user information at any time. We accept no liability for breach of security or any unintended disclosure, loss or misuse of any information or data or for the actions of any third parties that may obtain any information or data. 

You acknowledge and agree that you provide your Personal Information at your own risk. 

Please ensure your anti-virus software, firewalls and other protection programs are kept up-to-date as we accept no liability for damage caused to your computer equipment arising from computer viruses, worms, spyware programs or otherwise. 

BILLING INFORMATION

We have no access to your bank data, and do not store your bank or credit card information. Any credit or debit card information saved at the checkout is stored by our payment gateway provider PayPal. 

Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. 

We will not be responsible for any damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered if your credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Please note that this Privacy Policy does not cover the information practices of third party websites which may be linked to our website and services. Notwithstanding our encouragement for third parties to adopt similar policies to ours, we are not responsible for their collection and use of your personal information.
